Poem: Shadows

Darkness sets upon the world,
Reminisce of light scattered across the mind,
Shadows of inequity's chambers unfurled,
Hurled into this realm like demons of some kind.

Always hiding and secreting in the absence of light,
Dancing and mocking, your mind they betray,
Wide they fall, living beneath the walls of fright.
Scorning impure hearts, leading blind souls astray.

Enticing the lost with such emblementical waves,


Fully rotating spectacles of death and destruction,
Enslaving those hopeless, captivating them into their graves,
Upon sight they flee, following their course of seduction.

Stalking the living with such atrocious disguise,
Searching, hunting, turning the sane, insane,
Lurking Shadow's of light's demise,
Forever cursed upon this domain.
